I would have to say my favorites for each region would be:

I - Abilene Wylie (with Burkburnett right behind)
II - Prosper
III - Waco La Vega (with Navasota right behind)
IV - toss-up between Bellville and Cuero (La Vernia could indeed be a factor though if SASH is kept out of the playoffs)

Kennedale will not be going D1. Alvarado should be in Kennedale's spot. Their losses are to Kaufman (35-21 on the road) and Kennedale (38-35 on a field goal on the road as time expired). They aren't going to lose to Ferris, Venus, or Crandall.

I know you stated that this is very preliminary, but as far as district 22-3A is concerned, it should be noted that Huffman has beaten Splendora and will probably only lose to Cleveland the rest of the way. Where as Splendora still has to play Coldspring and Cleveland, which should be 2 more losses.

I am predicting Huffman to go as the Div1 rep for district 22-3A.

I have Jasper as 18 point favorites against Rusk in my latest power rankings so I would consider that a pretty big upset if Rusk were to pull that off

In 31-3A, it's doubtful Robstown will make it. They'd have to win out and still have Mathis and Ingleside standing in the way. Both will give Robstown good games and both may well beat them.

They would have to beat Ingleside and a loss to Mathis wont hurt them if Ingleside cant beat Sinton. Week 10-- Ingleside vs Robstown is for a playoff berth to see who goes Div 1 . But Robstown still holds the edge on West Oso if they finish tied with them.
