that's a lot of weight for a 5'8" frame. But my response to any question like this is....how does he wear it? Huge legs? Muscled up upper body? Gut? etc.

I started NutriSytem in July and have lost 55lbs so far. A good friend lost about 80lbs and his wife lost about 100lbs. I did after seeing their result. It worked for me and you are never hungry.
