Here is what i do. I opened a free account on Photobucket.com. They let me upload my image and then create the code that you paste into your message.

The code you need to paste is in the field named IMG code. Just paste that information into your message and your done.

If you just want to post a pic on a topic in the forum, all you have to do is right click on the image, and next to properties it will show the web address. Copy and paste the address into the IMG tab at the top of the forum. That's all I do. To have a picture in my signature I host them on photobucket, otherwise the picture won't stay there for some reason.
