If your team runs thru the air tunnel and hits the cheerleader banner and bounces back and falls down in a pile....

If the other team runs thru their air tunnel and runs thru a section of chain-link and barbed wire and never loses any speed....

When your team captains talk about how they can't wait for basketball to start ... not that I've heard that before ... or that it was in the middle of the season ... just hypothetical ...

Funny story....it has been long enough, and nobody from Navasota has even talked about it yet, so the statute of limitations is up as far as I am concerned....against Palestine earlier this year, the Rattlers unveiled their new blue inflatable tunnel. They entered it, but somebody, unknown to the players, had not unfastened the exit door on the tunnel. Unlike an inflatable helmet, this tunnel has a door, or flaps that can be closed to make the dramatic opening at the right time. When that time came before the game, the players, all packed in the tunnel, pushed, but the door did not open. We were laughing our heads off watching an inflatable tunnel violently move in the direction of the cheerleaders and the run through sign, with players feet showing, some still up, some trampled down! IT WAS HILARIOUS!!!! :spitlol: :1omg!:

and at the same time a little embarassing, which is why I think no one has mentioned it until now.

When your team could get in a race with a pregnant woman and your team would finish third...............you need to worry!

i went and saw the Greenwood-Graham game at shotwell last year and when graham was coming out for the second half they were in their little helmet and it started deflating. It was a little hard for them to get out.

Sometimes it can be true and sometimes not. It's just like sometimes you can have a head football coach/AD that can run the basketball program into the ground and sometimes you'll have a head football coach/AD who works well with other athletic programs.

The man who was the basketball coach at Madison from the time they entered the UIL in 1976 until 2004 ended his career as serving as both head basketball coach and AD. The football team wasn't that good, but it had nothing to do with Coach Kidd being the AD. It wouldn't have mattered if Tom Landry had been the AD because the team was still going to get roasted by Forney, Hutch and everyone in the district at the time.

You know your team is in trouble if the tallest person on your squad is 5'3"
