On espn.com's new high school section, they have been doing a feature the past few weeks on which state has the best high school football. Obviously, the final has come down to Texas V Florida. Go there and vote--seriously, we can't lose to Florida.

I voted, too. Actually I voted twice.:evillol: I honestly don't think there's any comparison. Florida definitely has their share of athletes, but that's not the only thing it's about.

IMO Texas set the standards and blueprint for high school football
or why else would they have Friday Nite Lights and the answwer ls.............................. it's the best in the world, I don't care what Florida says :D ;)

reading those comments...kills me........more pro athletes, more dI players......come on it's best state for high school football.........did this contest start out with all 50 states?...............cause mississippi has some really good programs and they love their football there.
