I don't want it hard core but people do like to use their brains! I would do a few basic changes, that would appeal to free thinkers and Sports fans! Also life doesn't Suck! People Do! It's pretty easy to start your own site if this one doesn't appeal to you. In fact, I'm sure that Go Blue can give you some pointers since he's started a couple.
