I've been going back and forth between the Florida game and this one. I wish I could say I'm shocked to watch a Gary Pinkel coached team playing like this in a nationally televised game, but I'm not.

Damian Davis is the kid that just caught that TD. He's from Mart and that also happens to be the hometown of Texas WR Quan Cosby. Looks like today might wind up being a great day for guys playing college football who are from there if the Cowboys hold on and win!

I kind of know how Missouri feels he once went in between his legs and dunked the ball against us in basketball. Only difference is we still beat them by 20.

Don't believe I've heard Missouri WR Earl Goldsmith's name since he starred for Denton Ryan a few years ago. Good to see he's doing well tonight.

Well how about that! First Damian Davis from Mart makes a big TD catch and then it gets matched by a TD catch from Denario Alexander. Alexander hails from Marlin which is just 20 miles or so down the road from Mart!

So much for players from small towns not being able to compete in the big leagues.;)

Today has been a great day in the Big XII for players from some of the smaller towns in Texas.

That looks like game, set, match right there for Missouri. There's so many darn good teams in the Big XII this year.

He didn't have a very good night at all. He threw for nearly 400 yards which is great, but those three picks negated all of that. This loss likely costs Mizzou any shot at the national title game. If they lose to Texas next week they're completely out of the running.

BCS standing.

Makes you wonder if they may have got caught looking ahead a little.

Agree completely. Many teams will be moving up and down in the new standings.

I'm willing to bet they did look ahead some. They'll probably say otherwise about looking ahead, but this is a game they should've won.

Gotta hand it to Okie State though. They could've folded, but Robinson stayed cool and calm all night and they never looked rattled at all. I guess having a coach who was a man because he was once forty paid off! :)

I actually was impressed with Gundy when he was sitting on that trunk getting plays ready for the next drive while Missouri was going down the field to score. It seems like his offense was just as calm as he was.

Looks like UT will be #2, probably behind Alabama.

#1 Alabama, #2 Texas, #3 Penn State -- assuming LSU goes down to Florida. And WOW, did Penn State look great at Wisconsin.

Yes Alabama beat Georgia on the road and beat a vastly overrated Clemson team at a neutral site. But Alabama has struggled to beat Tulane and Kentucky and their offense didnt look great vs Arkansas (had 2 int returns). Texas has been impressive vs everyone they played. Colorado was better than Kentucky or Tulane.

I thought for sure Chase was going to drive Mizzou down the field for a game winning TD. :(

Man, that Big 12 south is a beast!!!
