Harris ratings are good!!
Forney and Waco are not even
in the playoffs, how can they
be ranked in the top 10?

Harris ratings are the laughing stock of polls, a team not in the final running CANNOT be a top ten ten, there is bias there.....sorry.

oh I am sorry, didn't say forney was not a top ten team, of the ones remaining, whom do they play this week?????????????me confused?.....facts are facts, they indeed are a GREAT team, but fact is, you cannot be ranked in the top "10" when there is 12 teams remaining and you are not one of them, it is logic, not confusion, regardless of how you personally feel. Sorry no offense meant

Sorry no offense meantwhile I do understand your point, you also have to realize that polls are not "standings". Playoff brackets don't care which teams are the best in the state. Take 2001 for example. Forney and Everman were the undisputed #1 and #2 teams in the state, but were forced to meet in the second round...after the game, Everman was still playing, and Forney was eliminated...now by logic does that mean that Forney wouldn't have beaten just about every single team that was still playing??? Not at all...Ask just about anyone, and they'll agree...at the end of the year, when the final polls came out, Forney was still there at #2, even though they had lost...polls do not base things on facts...they are based primarily on "what if" scenarios.

IMHO all polls should cease come playoff time.

They rate the strength of the team off of a computer power rating. There may be a team in the playoffs who was elimanated by an extremely strong team that would be stronger than a team coming to this point through a weaker bracket. I'm not
going to get into a debate about the weaker teams still in but trust me they are there.
