Opinion sought about Palm Harbor homes

Does anyone know if they have a good reputation for resilience or maintaining value?
Never thought of living in a mobile home, but I admit I saw a few the other day that were very nice and they claim are energy-efficient.
Anyone's thoughts?

My brother and sister-in-law have lived in one for the past 6 years. They LOVE it...and have had no problems with it whatsoever.

As far as mobile homes go....it is one of the nicest ones I have ever seen!!
