Very true, the Buffs work magic @ home like they did against the Sooners.

I see all over the TV today that this is going to be a good/great game.

My question is why isn't CO ranked then? Lol I'm guessing this one won't even be close.

this is a good colorado team which beat ou last year and rankings doesnt mean anything afterall texas' last four losses have been from four unranked teams

Texas will win this game up front with their defense.Colorado is starting two freshman at their tackles position.so texas should have a out standing pass rush.

I hope Texas wins but this one could be trouble with OU up next week. The Buffs beat a good West Virginia team and they probably haven't forgotten about the 70-3 whoopin the Horns put on 'em in '05. HOOK'EM HORNS!

This is a typical "got caught looking ahead" type game for the Horns, that we have all seen them lose on several occasions in the past. Texas is by far the better team on paper, but again they have stumbled in exactley this type of situation in the past.
It will be very important for Texas to get off to a fast start in this one and build a comfortable lead. If they keep letting Colorado stay in the game, they might be in trouble. But if they can get off to a fast start, they should win it going away.

If Colorado beats the Horns, it'll be because the Horns aren't as good as they've been in recent years, and as far as OU......they'll crush UT next week. The gap between the two teams hasn't been this large in awhile. OU will roll next week.:D :p

The horns better beat Colorado. No excuse to let the Buffs beat you.

Longhorns are a very solid football team this year. But they have to get great play from their defense. If the Defense can play great tonight and carry that over into next week then look out Sooners. Texas will have to play great though.

Not a real big fan of either of these guys as football announcers. Joel Meyers is the play-by-play guy for the Lakers TV broadcasts. He's only slightly better at that.

I think you're right about Colt!

I have no clue what Colorado's kick returner was thinking. It's like the dude was in a haze or something.

Horns are not putting these guys away like they should. They are lucky the CO kicker sucks.
It's obvious though that Texas's lack of a running game is going to be their downfall this season. Probobly next week.

Texas is doing great, but they are going to have to have a more consistent ground game before they play oklahoma

Ut def looks pretty good. Not a Ut fan, but Colt is a good QB - lots of haters out there.:tisk: When they establish a solid running game, they will be tough to beat

Im not so sure anymore if texas' lack of a running game is because we lack a true home run hitter at RB. I think the OL is average at best when it comes to run blocking. I will be shocked if we even sniff anything close to 100 yards rushing against OU's defense... or any decent run defense for that matter.... our running game is truly hard to watch.... I think our defense will keep us in the game against OU for a while but our lack of a running game will be our downfall... OU wont be giving ship and qaun a 10 yard cushion every play to catch 5 yard outs. so when you take that away what else are we going to do? As much as I would love to be a sunshine pumper about next week the realist in me says that i think we will get exposed in dallas. Im not expecting another 65-13 drubbing. but something along the lines of 17-7 OU at half and 38-20 final....
