2nd Quarter 7-7......I thought Plumlee was the QB...I am hearing on the Robinson broadcast that Masek is the QB. Am I mistaken?

seems like the buffs are getting back on track. Not making near as many mistakes as last week.

Plumlee got banged up a bit last week against Elgin. Masek is backup QB.

Good game by the Buffs. Great job of Masek @ QB and Eric Rimes, some miscues which was to be expected but overall very good performance. Trey had a cool head all night and was under control, his one pass, a 'lil wobbly but right on the mark and great effort by Taylor to get in the end zone. Corey Brite and O line again showed effort and try.

Buffs had alot of adjustments to make this week with a couple of injuries and a new kicker but bounced back strong after the game vs Elgin last week.

Let's get some fresh legs, get Plumlee back in the game (how bout a new LB to help out our D?) and put some intensity on our home turf as we face Sealy in the district opener.

I agree! It was a very good rebound game for them. 5 penalties and no fumbles lost (only 2 for the game) is something we haven't seen since the LH game. Players didn't get down when they got behind right from the start. And Masek had a very good game after a shaky first couple series. After that first kickoff, Berry settled down and had a good kicking game.

And of course, we need to shore up that defense. No leader has emerged there yet and the guys forget to wrap up the runner from time to time.

All in all, a very good game leading into district!
