For me the biggest was probably Cuero 2004 in the playoffs or Gainesville in the State Championship game in 2005. Some notables are Burnet 02 & 03.

Biggest by numbers or size?

Size I gotta go with Celina last year. Dang them boys were big.

By sheer numbers, I gotta go back to seventh grade in South Carolina. Clover HS was playing Marlboro County HS. They must have had 80 people on that sideline. Biggest team I've ever seen. Took 'em five minutes to get out of the locker room.

By numbers I would have to say Abilene Wylie in 3A!

I have counted about 80 at one game! I think it was last year. At playoffs we have more!

Yeah I wasn't going to count Celina last year as biggest by numbers cause they dressed everyone for the state game. Intimidation. Didn't work.

Pick a Trinity team from this decade.

Stephenville several times in the Art Briles era, Denton Ryan in 03', Waco High in 06'.
Biggest O-Lineman I've ever seen in Texas hs football is the current OL from Odessa Permian, Porter is his last name, he's a UT commit, when I seen him in Brownwood last season at a playoff game, he was 6'7 around 300 lbs. and no fat or big belly, just huge and massive for a 17 years old high school player, in college he'll easily play in the 350-360 lbs. range effectivly.

I called a Bryan HS game a couple of years ago and they averaged 300 lbs.

Also, Euless Trinity has had some very large linemen on average.

Take your pick... Gilmer last year was huge, Cuero in '04, Gainesville in '05. LaVega this year is not small. The kid we played against from Frenship this year was a stud--6'8", 310 lbs and could move--very athletic.

the '02 and '03 Wharton Tigers were really big, including Kellen Heard. IMO was the biggest team in the state in all classifications
