while some parts of the country suffer from gas shrtages and lines, there are two stations in aranss pass that have the price of gas down to 3.09. most of the others are still at 3.16.

give it a couple of months...analysts have said for a while now that regardless of who wins the Presidential election, prices will most likely plummet around January and allow the new President to take a lot of credit.

I just heard that it is down to $3.01 at Walmart...$2.98 if you use their darn card.

It irritates me that they do that...why not just sell it to everyone for the same price? It really isn't worth the 60 cents I might save to have to walk into Walmart to get that card.

You Sinton folks coming over for the game might want to leave early and get gas here.:thinking:

Heard some stores in Houston are cheap as in the $2.82-$2.90 range

The other self service by Hinzes Barbecue is $2.99

The rest in Wharton are around $3.10

We could see gas for around $2.50 if any luck before the end of the month if crude prices keep falling.
