La Marque falls to 0-3 with their 28-14 loss to Angelton tonight.
I cant begin to imagine the pressure that head coach must feel right now, those La Marque fans are brutal...

Trivia question for all of you....

When's the last time that Celina, La Marque and Brownwood (three programs with a combined 20 state championships) all had 2 losses or more in the same season?

HINT: It's probably more recent than most would think

other than this year i would imagine 1998 or even 2003

but lamarque and bw have been losing a couple or more per season for a while now

I called this one back during the summer. I said this would happen.

LM has champ years followed by good ones, since the 1990's run
Brownwood has been losing several a year for a while, and stephenville alternates 11-1 years with lean ones ever since the turn of the century

BINGO! Celina, Brownwood and La Marque all lost 3 games each that season

La Marque and Brownwood have already reached the 3 loss mark this season and Celina's one loss away from it
