lg is no powerhouse in basketball, thats for sure. we win big games, but there is no consistency. i dont know when the last time lg went into the playoffs for basketball.

Football is the only sport that they have broken down into two divisions in each classification. In baseball and basketball all schools play each other in the playoffs.
I believe LG were state champs last year in baseball.

I've never seen them play, but from the way people were talking on this board, I thought Giddings was the #1 high school football team in the nation. What happened?

I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BUFFS. IT WASNT THE SAME TEAM I SAW PLAY ALL SEASON. MAYBE THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD A PRACTICE IN THE DOME LAST WEEK. YOU SURE CANT FUMBLE 3 TIMES IN A BIG GAME LIKE THAT. BUT THEY WERE A GREAT TEAM. GOOD LUCK TO LG AND COMMERCE.

Good Job Giddings! Congratulations on a GREAT season!! LaGrange may have beat us again but what's new!? We weren't expected to make it this far... and look how good we did!!!! At least LaGrange was expected to make it this far... so they really haven't accomplished nearly as much as we have!! Good Job Buffalos!!
