How many hours does the avg american watch and how many hours do you watch?

I would say I watch appx 1 hr of TV a day....and thats only when I go to bed.

Unless...it's American Idol or football season. But during football season, I only watch A&M, Texas Tech, UT and the Cowboys!

About 3 to 4 hours per week......during the football season 8 to 10 hours per week. Favorite shows are NCIS, Chuck and Ice Road Truckers (this season sucked). If the wife watches with me, my favorite shows are Numbers (she is an accountant), Criminal Minds, In the Kitchen With Bob, and anything on the Food Network.:rolleyes: If my girls happen to be in the room, then my favorite shows are Sponge Bob, Barbie Maraposa (sp) and Back at the Barn Yard. :D

IDK how much the avg american watches, but I watch almost every Astros game.... so off and on on about 3 hrs every day during summer....


Also watch football....


And outside of those 2, I watch maybe an a few hrs a week.

my roommate and i calculated how much tv a friend of ours watches a week and we had a total of 35 hours a week and thats being nice...
