No strike that I know of.

But ... I did not expect them to drop a game to Van Alstyne.

Not that I am busting on Van Alstyne, but my understanding, that I have gotten from the VA fans, is this ... Van Alstyne is in a rebuilding year.

Well, I had predicted the Farmer's season would smooth out after one bump in the road. That bump being Pottsboro, but this season may have turned into a rocky road for Farmersville.

Farmersville overachieved last year and surged in the playoffs. however, they lost a lot more than given credit for, and obviously will not be much of a factor this year (could make the playoffs in that district, but it will be tough)
