reasons word association was closed?


in the past, it's been for people post padding with it.

but, no one visits the non-sports forum.

it isn't affecting anyone to leave it open.

there weren't 200 posts in a day. there weren't even 20.

A 6 page thread of argument over a Liberty Hill/ Brownwood football game seems, to me at least, to be more detrimental than a short, barely read thread only designed to keep the non-sports section of this board alive.

sorry for venting.
