District 8-3a

I know some of the teams in district 8-3a have got off to a slow start but, the district race starts next week. Ate there any predictions on how the district will turn out.

I don't have a feel for it yet other than the LH juggernaut rolling on. In this district you're really asking who takes 2nd and 3rd.

Frankly, I expected District 8 to be almost as tough as 2 and 25, at least with the "top five" in the district. So far, other than LH and Llano I think you'd have to say the results from 8-3A have been underwhelming.

I do expect F'burg, Burnet and Wimberley to pick it up in district play, though, with these three and Llano competing for the two playoff spots not taken by LH.
