I heard throught the grapevine that we were moving Scudder to WR this week from QB and starting Blakemoore. I guess that didnt go so well. I know this team is struggling but I didnt expect them to struggle this much. especially since they played well against luling and played reallly well against dripping for all but the last 2 minutes. I wonder whats goin on?

Yes, he has been playing, but the injury was leg cramps...both of them...i assume nothing serious.

Man I was so proud of the boys here. They got off to a rough start for the season....I was trying to make sure they understood, this doesnt matter. if you go 0-4 pre district it doesnt matter. Its all about district games. Get ready for it. They seem to understand, these pre district games are important for the week then thats it. They seem to have figured the defense out for the start of district.

Best of luck in district. We saw just how hard the Bulldog offense is to stop here in Llano. Now I suspect if you never see the Slot-T again, it will be too soon... :D

We never have much luck against that dang offense. I think our HC finally grabbed the athletes for defense he needs. From what I was hearing before, we attempted to do a somewhat platoon, of course excepting a few. We cant do that in Bandera.

but to make sure I didnt sound like a jerk there. you are correct. the slot t is not a favorite of ours to play :)
