The Valley is going to produce some powerful teams and have success in the playoffs. As I have said this is a new generation of coaches, players and administrators and they are going to do what it takes to have clean, winning programs just as they have in developing this great area.
Plus they have the great Pelican West band located just south of the Radisson Hotel in South Padre Island, Texas. That increases the risk.

I don't know much about either team except Calallen is usually pretty good. Should I be shocked about this?
