I'll be the first to admit I had my doubts about Wylie going into this one. They had been playing too sloppy for me to pick them in this one. But they came out and got it done tonight.

Still have some issues to work out, the most obvious being special teams. Two missed extra points again tonight. It's time to get that taken care of before district gets here.

The defense is playing solid and set up the offense with some great field position tonight. Sandifer still hasn't decided on a QB yet. He commented on the radio after the game that its nice to have two good QB's and he just went with the hot hand tonight (Minor). Hopefully he can decide on one and stick with them by district.

Overall, the team played their best game of the year against a team who, by many accounts during pregame scouting, was said to be he best team Wylie has played this year. They just need to keep it rolling now, play another solid game against a good 4A Canyon team on the road, and get ready for district.
