Any Region I posters...re: Softball bracket

Based on the UIL bracket, Kennedale advanced past Early. Is this correct or an oversight on their (UIL) part? I don't get how these 2 teams could've already played??? Also, I guess District 2 does not have a softball team??? Lucky for those granted a "bye" from this District. Just curious. Thanks, to anyone who can shed some light in this Region.

If I am not mistaken, as long as you have advanced to the next round and both coaches agree to play the game early there is no set rule saying you can't play early. I do know there is a set date by which the game must be played, but if both coaches are ready and agree why wait? Other thing if for whatever reason the field the wanted to play on may have only been free at that early of a date. This could be wrong but at one time this week I heard Monahans was going to play on Tuesday as well.

Thanks, Green Ranger. I guess I'm just used to these playoff games being played on Thur, Fri or Sat. :)
