24-3A teams luckily are still in non-district and Caldwell has an open date, but I feel sorry for other area teams who have district games while power remains out.

Some reports anticipate at least 2-3 weeks with no power, and families are out of town with friends or relatives and can't practice.

OK, aside from all the misery that Ike has caused. :(

There is a silver lining.

This is a recruiting opportunity for Celina.

It's just a little humor.

Can you imagine Bellville trying to stop the Slot-T in the dark????? It is hard enough to do it in broad daylight.......

I took a generator to my brother sunday(in Spring) i couldnt believe that Madisonville had no power and Kosse was also without lights. The Highway Patrol had all southbound exits in Huntsville blocked off. We had to go all the way to Centerville to get gas. Luckily we made it that far on what we had.
