WOW this surprised me. Can this young Wimberley team rebound in time for district? I hope they can. They were one of my playoff team picks this year.

La Vernia has had some fairly competative teams in years past. They ofter times have a good athelete or two. Not sure about them this year. I guess I can see how a young Wimberley team could stumble after a heart breaking loss the week before. The question is can Wimberley have a short memory and shake these two losses off.

La Vernia was good enough to score 28 on giddings, but allowed 53 points by giddings. Maybe it was that they would rather face wimberly's offense than ours.
