Just curious to see what ya'll think about Rice and Sweeny this week.

I will go with the sweeny bulldogs 24-21 in a upset.

That could be possible. Rice always has a difficult time with Sweeny. But the players are playing with such emotion right now, I think that Rice can pull it off.

Sweeny will win big. I say the pair of running backs for the Bulldogs will have over 400 yards on the ground. They have combined for 350 and 300 the last two games. GO DOGS!!!

rice will probably not lose again until the playoffs if then..only loss came to state ranked bellville 36-33

I have no trouble in admitting that this will be a tough game but there is no way possible that Sweeny will have 300+ yards against Rice's defense. Rice has one of the best defenses in the state. The only time any one gets any yardage or points on them is when the second team gets to come in and play. There won't be any second team players on the field Friday night. It will be a fight to the end.

Rice will come out with the victory in this one. the explosive power of their fullback charles huffman will over-power the sweeny defense. rice must be aware of the threat that shedrick johnson poses on both sides of the ball. i look for rice to a have big game on the ground with huffman and spears, this will be a good game with both teams at 5-1 at this point in the season. the raiders have put up big points on pretty much everybody and look for that to continue.
