Here is a quick update on games being played at the TSTC Sammy Baugh Classic

Thursday:

Roscoe 44
Hawley 6

Friday:

Sweetwater 29

Saturday:

Abilene Raiders (Jr. PeeWee) 21

MVP's:

Colorado City Clint White
Anson Garret Brown

Each school will recieve a $500.00 scholarship in the name of the team MVP's. That comes out $4,000.00 this year in addition to the Title Sponsor fee!!

There has been some pretty good crowds so far..it was a tad warm in the bowl this afternoon!! I had to make a pass or 2 past the misters!!

1 more game tonite....I'll post later.

Kid was actually pretty good.....just not enough stuff to go with him!!

No doubt Fields was the MVP for Sweetwater. If they start the
player of the week back up, I'll nominate him. If it wasn't for his
75 int return for a TD and 2 long runs for scores, we would've
been out of it early.


Btw good job by you. You interviewed Coach Ritchey lastnight
and tonight it'll be his son.:clap:

Thanks, I really enjoyed talking to Coach Ritchey...he was and is a class act!!

Oh, yea....

His son David won his first career HS game as a head coach with a 32-13 victory over Winters!!!

What a first win back at the same stadium...same sideline....that you won many games as a Mustang..come in to the Sammy Baugh Classic and get that win!!!!

Congrats Coach(s) Ritchey!!! and may you win many moore!
