Ended up 29 - 22 Sweetwater. It wasnt pretty but it was a W. Seminole looked great in the early going, and SW looked like a JV team. But with some good adjustments at half, SW pretty much owned the 2nd half. Seminole scored a late TD against the prevent defense, made the two point conversion, and would have made it real interesting if they could have recovered the on side kick try. But we got it, kneeled on the ball one time and stuck a fork in it.
Actually Seminole is a very good team. Dont be surprised if they win a game or two or three in late November. I think they'll win their district. They have a fine little QB, and some good receivers, and they run the ball pretty well to.

I guess that intercepted pass ran back for a touchdown by Sweetwater was the only difference between these two teams.

That was a huge momentum changer for sure. SW had the mo pretty much the rest of the way after that until very late in the game. But by the time Seminole got ol mo back, it was just too little too late. But they dang sure played hard till the final seconds. Gotta give em credit for that.
