Texting scores 101

I don't know how the rest of you do it, but I try to make it short and sweet. :D

I will use Greenwood as my example, that way I can make them win.

EO1 7-0 GW

(translates to end of 1st quarter, 7-0 Greenwood)

Half - 14-0 GW

EO3 28-7 GW

Final 35-14 GW

Quick easy and simple!!:D

I try to do either of the examples above, but sometimes I get excited about something and send more! :nerd: :D

21-0 Sinton, half

does it matter who we are playing? :thinking:

I sent out a long one with all the district half time scores I knew to sotxrat & Ingleside Fan. LOL

I had a few people asking me for scores at the game Friday night! I should have sent them to SFIA! :D

Then I've got certain people trying to CALL me (JR) during the game...the nerve and interrupting the flow of texts!! :D

Here's how I do it. For example, this week West vs. Lorena only 1 text would be needed:

we suck, no further updates needed.

And that would be shortly after kickoff.

My phone stays in draft too....but I'm like you, either I forget to go back or I totally screw up and send the thing unfinished....then I have to get the inevitable "huh?" text coming in!!:D
