I believe he was at Bryan High...Not 100% sure.

CM Pier was the OC for the Bryan Vikings under Marty Criswell in the 90's (and until Criswell was let go 5-6 years ago). He is a quality coach and a good man.

Depth will be the biggest problem for the Rangers. They have some talented kids. With only sophomores/freshmen available, it will tough for them to compete. Give them another year in the weight room and they will be very competitive.

what offense and defense is rudder running?

Bryan ran the I/Off-set I when Pier was the OC for the Vikings. They also inserted some gun stuff later. He most likely is still running the same stuff. They are probably running some base even front defense, with the ability to move around.

i was told Rudder is only 9th and 10th grade players.....I can't see them getting a win this year.

Cleveland is picked to win their district, and won the opener against Hardin Jefferson 22-0. They have 16 or 17 starters returning from a playoff team. Rudder will play mostly sophomores, but they were a good freshman team last year.
