Ex-Sinton pitcher Mike Adams relieved Geer and Geer got the victory. How about that, Forney & Sinton combined for the victory. 3A boys making it in the Bigs! WTG!

awesome for josh. AND...he got the win. Thats 3 players for forney around that time that have now played in the majors. Zach Segovia (Phillies), Curtis Thigpen (Blue Jays) and now Geer (Padres)

and forney holds the 3a record for most consecutive trips to the state tournament ('99-'02)....

yeah....sucks they couldnt ever get that title. Came darn close though!
