Two young men from Monahans were injured yesterday in a lightning storm. One has been released from the hospital, while the other is in very serious condition. Please say a prayer for both of these guys, their families and friends. Thanks.

Sure hope the boys are OK - there has been alot of lightning injuries and fires lately. :eek:

Prayers from Germany. Hope they both recover.

I was out walking in the woods by my house last week, and a fast moving Tstorm moved in. Talk about running my butt home fast. Don't mess with lightning!

Update:
Hey Everyone, thanks for the prayers. We were told that the young man who was in serious condition is going to pull through. He will be in the hospital for quite a while and will have to go to rehab, but we are so grateful that he will be okay.He is a former football and baseball player for the Loboes. The other one is doing fine. Thank goodness. Both of these guys graduated in 2007. Please continue to keep everyone in your prayers. THANKS!
