Noticed that in Week 0 there were fourty-two games with 3A vs 4A teamS. The results were 3A won 20 and 4A won 22. That seems respectable.

However, in the thirty-nine 2a match-ups, 3A won 12 and 2A teams won 27.

Looks like playing up was easier in week 0. So, does size matter or is it over rated?

Ask the ladies of the downlow. They are the only ones that can truly answer the, "Does size matter?" question.

You can not just compare 2A to 3A by their enrollment. Their were some weak teams in 4A playing 3A schools. As well as weak 3A playing strong 2A.

Size of the school helps but it is execution and team speed that wins in High School.

Reminds me of the old guy from Oklahoma who'd never left the state. His family decided that before he died they wanted him to see the ocean. They managed to get him there and as he walked out on the beach for the first time they asked him what he thought. He said he was a little disappointed, " thought it would be bigger!"

it doesnt matter that much if a big 2a plays a small 3a or a big 3a plays a small 4a but when you end up w/ probs is when small 3a plays big 4as or similiar breaks in other classes....however, i think the coaching plays more of a factor in a lot of those situations minus the times when a 4a plays a super 5a or the rare situations where someone plays 2 classes up because that difference is so big...

its a lot of good 2A schools versus bad 3A schools and good 3a schools versus bad 4A schools....
