This is a very big week for this district. The Gonzales Apaches will travel to Yoakum to face the bulldogs. Both of these teams are undefeated in district so far. This game will probably determine the 29-3A district champs.Also this week the Cuero Gobblers host the Edna Cowboys in an also important game. The winner of this game will have a good chance for a second or third spot in the playoffs. Cuero will be playing very hard and will have the advantage because of it being homecoming. The Cowboys are coming off a loss to the Yoakum Bulldogs and will also be looking for a win.
