I can still only find 14 to 6 Needville in the 2nd, and I KNOW the game is over by now, LOL.

Looks like Needville had several different players score.

Also looks like they have Grant back...he had a 27yd TD run.

Way to go Jays!

wow sounds like a good game.. congrats to the Jays! I didn't get to go tonight, it was out of town and my parents came over and took myself, the wife and BabyStangFan out to dinner. I just looked at the stats online from the Houston Chronicle. They are as follows:

297 Total Yards Offense
272 Rushing
25 Passing

Looking at the individual stats it looks like maybe our OL still isn't giving Berry the time to throw the ball he needs. Lucky for us we have a handful of good backs to split the load and they got it done tonight. REALLY need to get that passing game going as well though as to not be one dimensional.

Lol.:D I'm guessing either A: the DL was pushing our OL around and Berry didn't have time to pass......or B: um...see A.

Worthing is one of the WORST teams in HISD. I don't understand how this game was so close!

Anyone have details?

Anyone have details? My guess would be that Needville is fielding a young team this year, with an almost entirely "new" OL. I'd chalk it up to first game jitters, etc. I guess we'll find out if they can adjust this week against Splendora.
