For missing the first 3 rounds, that's really not that bad. I would have Torry Holt starting though because he is the primary receiver in St. Louis so you know he will get plenty of touches. Put him in instead of Galloway.

I got Selvin in the second to last round of the draft and I figure him to be my sleeper pick along with Donald Lee who I drafted last. Also I could have gotten San Diego's defense but with Merrimen being questionable for the season I shyed away and took Green Bay

Jared Allen or Mario Williams is a tough decision.

Your lineup is pretty solid. As for Selvin Young, I learned a long time ago to never trust Shanahan when it comes to fantasy football.

Watch the Denver backfield closely. I have a strange feeling that Andre Hall is going to be a TD vulture this year (which will limit Young's production).
