We'll get up, dust ourselves off, point a cannon at you and dare you to try that again.

http://i408.photobucket.com/albums/pp169/abunezar_2008/Pirate_Skull.jpg you've got to have ammunition for that cannon or else it's just a big chunk of metal!

You mean like you hurt my feelings or something. Actually I thought is was kind of a weak comeback so I just didn't bother. I was waiting for a real response to the video. :D

LOL...nah I wasn't tryin to hurt any feelings, it was meant as friendly/silly banter. You know me, unless the Pirates are playing the Mustangs I'm all "GO PIRATES" and stuff. :D

I think we will be ok. I don't know that we will score 40 or 50 points on anyone like years past. The OL looks wild. But those guys don't run with the ball, nor do they throw.

The attitude this group of seniors has is a THOUSAND times better than what it was the past 2 years! :2thumbsup

It all starts with a good attitude. Everyone is excited about what this year will bring. I look forward to watching them play on Friday and hope they can back up all this chatter! :D

Rita - are there any more of the Alaniz boys playing? That was one athletic family..... Sounds like the team is pumped and ready to take care of business!

P4S,
Can you look up the series record between the Dinks and the Real Pirates? Dont think they played each other much in the 60's when the Dinks were good. I am pretty sure the Real Pirates have the edge!

Is anyone gonna be doing updates for the game tomorrow? I'll be at work all night. I was thinking about heading out to the JV/Freshman game tonight though. My wife has a cousin on the JV squad.
