He copied all the information straight out of DCTF. DCTF listed China Spring's All-State DE Boutwell as a Strong Safety.
Scott Hanson also list Boutwell as a SS.

We will have to work our way up to the top this year.

I'm glad were not as high ranked as last year, it seemed like it was to much to carry or somthing.:thinking: but I dont know.
