While sitting at your desk...........

Do you sit on your foot? I do and like RM, I have bouts with my foot falling asleep - that tinglely feeling drives me crazy......

also - do you take your shoes off at your desk?:wave: :smoker:

I am wearing tennis shoes today, so I don't take them off, I do if I am wearing flip flops.

I am bad about sitting cross legged at my desk too!

Chiropractor told me sitting on one leg/foot is TERRIBLE for your back....I just do it out of habit!!

The only time I have ever sat on my foot was if I needed to pee and there was no restroom for miles....

I have been guilty of kicking my shoes off while at my desk if I am wearing heels..not all that often since most days are business casual.

i do occasional work stuff too....
