Eating chupacabra is an artform: 1st you butter the tortilla and then slap it on the pan. you throw some queso on top, add your chopped/shredded chupa. Throw on some chiles and onions. Wrap it up and get you some.

As the founder of Chupacabra Are People Too! I immediately demand that you cease hunting and catching (and eating) one of the most beautiful and loving animals in creation. They need love too! Here at the Chupacabra Recovery and Adoption Center, I daily see the effects of such cruelty.:p
