thoughts on this game??

i'm wondering if i'm alone in thinking that Appalachian State may be getting a bit arrogant....


Granted a national championship in Div.I AA is impressive, the talent levels have got to be a bit different

Last year I was happy for them when they beat Michigan but this year.. hoping LSU puts them backin D2 where they belong

yep they seem to be getting a bit arrogant for my taste, i think LSU is gonna own them

If nothing else I'm sure they are making a boat load of money off this game. Even if they do get killed the money will help the program immensely.

I'm failing to see the arrogance in playing LSU down in the Bayou in a game that will bring their program several hundred thousand dollars. Jerry Moore and Co. would be dumb not to play against the Bayou Bengals. They have absolutely nothing to lose by playing this game.

My boss' son plays for App and I can assure you arrogance isn't in play. Are they confident, yes, do they expect to compete, yes, does LSU have their attention, of course. I don't think anyone, even themselves, expects them to win in Baton Rouge. They DO want to make a good showing though.
