Filled up with Gas at Bucees in Brazoria earlier tonight --$3.39 a gallon

Saw several places in Lake Jackson and Clute for under $3.50

One guy said one station was at $3.36
at a few other stations in that area

The cheapest gas I can find is in Angleton at the Bucee's on old 288. Not the one on 35 and new 288, they're always about .15 more expensive.

That buccees had gas for $3.42 yesterday.

I never thought I'd see the day where 3.39 for a gallon of gas was cheap.

Believe it or but, but I remember in 1999 I could buy gas for .73 cents a gallon.

oh I believe it.. I remember buying gas in 1974 for 24 cents a gallon - the Exxon and Texaco stations at the intersection of 183 and 87 in Cuero had "gas wars" One day the price got down to 12 cents a gallon and they agreed to call a truce lol.. That was back when you bought gas on certain days based on what your home address number was.. I vaguely remember that but not sure exactly how it was done.

This was actually a brilliant move by the oil companies. They have us all convinced that 3 dollars will be very cheap...now we will be content when they can get it for $1.20 and pass it on to us for 3.
