FOUND IT !!!!!!
1. Burnet 3A
Burnet is loaded and the favorite to win a Class 3A state championship.

2. Westlake
There's a new coach, but the results should stay the same.

3. San Marcos
The Rattlers are 52-18 the past six seasons, poised to go a long way.

4. Reagan
The Raiders again will be explosive on offense.

5. New Braunfels
If the offense can reload, it'll be another big season.

6. Westwood
The Warriors are the favorite to win District 14-5A.

7. La Grange 3A
Quarterback Chase Anderle makes the Leopards the class of District 24-3A.

8. Pflugerville
Experience in both lines, plus a tough defense, will have the Panthers challenging.

9. Killeen
The Kangaroos have a great pass-catch combination in Columbus Givens and Brandon Smith.

10. Copperas Cove
Josh Welch, District 13-5A's best quarterback, returns.

11. Connally
Connally must rally around a new quarterback to make the playoffs.

12. Leander
The Lions think they will reload and return to the playoffs.

13. Rogers 2A
Rogers was a state semifinalist last year and will again be very, very strong.

14. Hays
The Rebels will vie for the third playoff spot in 25-5A.

15. Anderson
Only one starter returns from last year's 9-2 team. But 26-4A is open once you get past Reagan . . .

16. Georgetown
A good offensive backfield could have the Eagles back in the postseason.

17. Bowie
Bowie can contend if quarterback Casey Zook or tailback Brandon Pennic emerge.

18. Bastrop
The Bears again are thinking playoffs — if a rebuilt defense comes through.

19. Harker Heights
The Knights should battle Taylor and Connally for 17-4A's last two playoff spots.

20. LBJ
This year, many are picking LBJ to finish second in 26-4A.

i saw it too Read also about the complete player make up. included two burnet players. I was suprised the statesman sportwriters went with a 3a team as there top team for Central Texas Area. Showing respect for Burnets run for another state title appearance. Good luck
