I have a yellow one and you would be surprised how big it really is inside. Its not Shaq big but I am 6'1" 250 and my son is almost 6'4" and we both ride in it comfortably!

With the top off maybe your son rides comfortably... What happens if you have a wreck in that thing?

6'4" is really the max for legroom. It does have plenty of headroom without needing the convertable top.

It has a similar safety rating to that of a Honda Accord. It does not however, defy the laws of physics and I would not want to test it against a Tahoe.

I look at it as a cheaper, better milage, air conditioned, 4 wheel motorcycle with a radio. It is not my primary vehicle and I drive it defensively. It is relatively safe.
