I had to do a top 19 because i have 3 3A Districts i cover in E/SE Texas and that is the total number of teams we have for the 3 Districts i cover.

I was archiving on scout.com. I saw West Texas and SE Texas
rankings. I couldn't find any other regions to post on here. Would
you mind doing it so the whole state (3A) is covered?
