CS Eskew Hurt at All Star Game

China Spring QB Dustin Eskew blew an ACL in the Third Quarter of the All- Star game last night.

That had to suck, playing in his last football game. I'm glad he's playing baseball and not football, that might have hurt any chances he had this year. That's what I hate about all-star games like that, being right before the season starts, you're taking a big risk of an injury like Eskew did.

Skyler Hoelscher of Calallen suffered 3 ACL tears during his HS career but made it back to start at first base for the state champion baseball team this past spring, so young Mr. Eskew shouldn't get too down in the dumps. He can certainly come back and be effective.
