If I recall, my Senior year we played Orange Grove at their place in bi-district, and their announcer kept calling us the "Tarpoons."

But that's not as bad as when I met RangerMom and she pronounced it "Tarpawns." I wept a little inside when that happened.

And "Port Ingleside"??? :o :o :o Learn your Texas geography, boys.

Ill try to work on my geography this season, ima try to venture outside of the DFW area some this time.

The Port Ingelside was not knowing geography, it was a misspeak and it was corrected
