They did a pretty good job of the Rankings this year. But, we all have to realize they aren't called the "Pre-Season" rankings for nothing.

Hey guys ya'll should be careful.
Celina JV played allen JV last year and won.
Played Mansfield JV and won.
Played Sherman JV and won.
All big school programs well Sherman was 4a but Allen is bigtime 5a with playoff teams. LH and Celina field the best 22 players and have some depth. They could be competitive.

I like the part where it says Liberty Hill's passing game will need some work....

I imagine that the rankings are relative to class. This is not saying that LH is better than all of those 5A schools just that relative to their repesctive classifications they have a similar rating to the top teams.

I agree! it is a rating based on performance expectations vs. your own peers. Nobody is silly enough to think that now "1A" Canadian could compete with a 5A team. But their performances against other 1A teams gives them a pretty high power rating.

Would not be hard to improve 50% or beter. just throw one more pass per game..

It is funny that is says that we need to work on our passing game. Like we try really hard and just can't get it down.

Yep, but it's just an equation ranking, no real thought is put into it.

They've added on a few more teams to the rankings... Here are all the 3A teams ranked in the top 100 statewide. 7 of their top 11 3A teams are in Region III.

...very different predictions than most as they have Brownwood finishing 3rd in district and they have Southlake Carroll way down at #95!
