It was as good as they could do. Not saying it was the best race I ever saw but I am glad Nascar decided to keep everything safe. Maybe this will teach them that next year they need to do testing at this track!

they did test there. Jr tested there that's why he pitted early at the start. they knew the type tire wear that would happen. for some reason they just couldn't get no rubber to stay on the track. just a weird day i guess.

They said on victory lane that the testing was not mandatory like it is at some of the other tracks. Jr tested on his own.

The race should have been pstponed, if they can do it for rain , than it could have been done this week, this race was a complete JOKE!

The difference with that is they would run it later in the week or next day due to rain... you cant come up with a tire that works in one day or even a week. This was the best possible way for them to get the race in, and with the chase being so close.. they were going to get it in!

I am sure Nascar did the best they could, but if I attended the race in person, I would be very upset. When I pay a high price for a ticket I would expect better than that. If I was ESPN I wouldn't be very happy about it either.

I am sure NASCAR did what was best for NASCAR, not the fans, not ESPN, but whatever was best for NASCAR
