Cowboys plan to waive veteran receiver Glenn

OXNARD, Calif. - The Dallas Cowboys will waive veteran receiver Terry Glenn.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Friday the team planned to let him go after weeks of a dispute over whether the 34-year-old would sign an injury waiver.

Glenn missed all but the final game of the regular season last year after two surgeries on his right knee.

He didn't want to sign a waiver that would pay him just $500,000 of his $1.74 million base salary if he re-injured the knee and couldn't play.

not a good move on Mr. Glenn's part. he cannot pass a REAL physical.............but he would have passed the Cowboys physical if he had signed the deal.
